Desmond Elliot campaign train takes off in Surulere

Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot, is running for the Lagos state ‘House of Assembly’ at the 2015 elections under the auspice of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The actor was recently in Surulere where he had a dialogue session with the people of Surulere Constituency 1.

Popular actors, Odunlade Adekola and Bimbo Thomas were present at the session, which kickstarts Elliot’s campaign process.

Odunlade said of the actor turned politician, “He is that change that we need for a greater tomorrow”.

Meanwhile, Thomas had this to say, “Desmond Olusola Elliott has been an inspiration to me and to most of us in the industry. He has pulled a lot of us up the ladder and he is still pulling up more. He will carry burdens as if they are his own.”. See photos after the cut...
